I choose to take my daughter to this practice over a pediatric dentist because of how Whitney interacts with her. She is no stranger to children and because of her techniques, my daughter LOVES the dentist. She hasn't stopped talking about her last visit and regularly asks when her next visit is. I have decided to start coming every 4 months instead of 6 because I enjoy my experience so much. Dr. Brooks is also very friendly and attentive and seems to take care of his staff. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist and I’m embarrassed to say... that I recently went for a few years without even seeing one for a cleaning. Even though I had been brushing and flossing regularly, I developed a large cavity in the top/back left of my mouth, and it started aching BADLY over the weekend about a month ago. My wife had recently begun going to Anderson Dental Care and was raving about her experience, so I figured I would give them a call to see how soon they might be able to see me.
Much to my surprise, Sydney was able to schedule me for an 11:30 appointment as a brand new patient, just a few short hours after I called on a Monday morning. Dr. Brooks found the problem and advised that I needed a crown and a filling on adjacent teeth ASAP or I risked needing a root canal. Luckily, another patient had cancelled their appointment for the following day, and I was able to have a temporary crown put in the next morning. I just saw Dr. Brooks again this week for the permanent crown, and I’m happy to report that my teeth have been pain free ever since he put in the temporary crown.
I’m very happy to be a new patient of Anderson Dental Care and look forward to going there for many years to come. We will be bringing out almost 2 year old there soon for her first “happy visit” to meet Dr. Brooks and to begin getting comfortable with their office. Hopefully she will let him brush her teeth, or at least open wide so he can check them out �

I have been a happy patient here for many years but they just keep... getting better. Dr. Brooks is marvelous and his staff is equally as delightful. They are highly skilled and couldn't be nicer. I've had a few more serious procedures done there & they took the greatest of care making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Brooks' follow up was impressive... it took 3 visits to be sure my crown was working out properly. He was very patient with me as I kept coming back for adjustments & didn't charge me for any of the follow up visits. They just remodeled the office and it looks amazing! I felt more like I was at home than at a dental office! I highly recommend to anyone.read more

I must say - I have never had such a thorough dental exam in my life... - and I've been going to the dentist regularly over 60 years. I was able to see photograph's of any teeth they felt would eventually need help - that was amazing - and the issue with each tooth was clearly seen in the photo's.I purposely chose a younger dentist because all of my doctors and my dentist have recently retired. I was very happy with Dr. Brooks, and the hygienist was wonderful and explained everything very clearly.read more

I just had my first cleaning at Anderson Dental Care earlier today. ... I am happy to report it went great. I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. My dental hygienist Katelyn was exceptional. Like most people, I do not enjoy having my teeth scrapped with metal instruments but Katelyn has a real skill of being gentle around the gum line and making it a pain free experience. First visit was today, staff is so friendly and welcoming. Hygienist... was thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Brooks is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He suggested a fix for something that will cost less than $50 whereas other dentists suggested a treatment that would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars AND damage my teeth. The only negative is a piece of my bonding broke off when the hygienist was flossing me today so now I have a gap between two of my teeth and we're leaving on vacation in two days so the timing is unfortunate. I love the office though truly.read more

Dr. Brooks is a very nice guy and a good doctor. Most of his staff is... really cool and good at their jobs, especially Lydia and Whitney. I just had my first cleaning with Whitney and she was so great and intuitive; I truly believe that she treated me the way she would want to be treated. She had the perfect balance of working and chatting and making me feel comfortable through both.The only downside was the receptionist who did not listen to me and was a bit needlessly rough with me. She knew I’d be late as I’d told her (specifically her) about a week ahead of time, yet still called and left a voicemail as I was walking up. I couldn’t park in their small lot because of my large vehicle and it sounded like she didn’t believe me, which was weird (“You... don’t fit in our lot?.....😒” was the idea). I was walking to the office from where I parked to let her know I’d be there soon as per covid instructions; I said I was almost there. But she didn’t listen to me and after asking me for insurance info that could have been covered ahead of time and not five minutes before my appointment, she asked me if I was on my way or not because I needed to get xrays, yet I had already said I couldn’t have xrays for a physical reason. I told her that ahead of time so the office would know. I was also there, waiting outside the building for the temperature check—the whole reason for the call—when she asked in an impatient tone if I was going to be there soon “because we close at six.” It was 5:12. I had said at the time of confirmation that I was coming from another appointment and would be late. It was ridiculous and frustrating. To have someone completely not hear you TWICE and then be rude was really annoying. A front desk employee should be good with people, listen well, and be reasonably accommodating. Definitely made me feel weird not having some warning about what info she needed for insurance; it was the first I’d heard of it and she could have been a lot softer about asking.But Dr. Brooks and Whitney were amazing so I wouldn’t take a star from the dental staff just because of some rude behavior from the front desk. The back office is where the action is anyway and is most important. Worth checking out!read more

The office was digitally up to date and as a result I was able to see pictures of my teeth. Dr. Books explained the maintenance needed from the pictures. The office staff also provided me (before I left )with an estimate of needed dental work and likely insurance coverage. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks practice.read more
